In 1961 Jaime, a Mexican immigrant, came to this country with a vision of a better life. While working at a foam cutting factory in Rancho Dominguez, CA he met the love of his life, Mary, the daughter of Italian immigrants. Although their native tongues were different, their hearts spoke the language of love and together they embarked on a pursuit of happiness. After many long days and nights, patience and focus prevailed as "Olympian" a successful cut to size foam business was birthed. They quickly started a family raising two boys rich in tradition teaching them the business of manufacturing. The youngest son Pedro known to his friends as “Pete” took those lessons learned and began his own legacy Majestic Mattress, which has successfully served the community for years. Pedro's inclusive philosophy; that everyone deserves a chance to experience the best, created a product fit for royalty.
