We stand behind all the products we sell, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, simply return the item back to us in its original packaging within 30 days of its delivery.
All mattresses manufactured or sold by MFB Worldwide, Inc under the brand name of “Majestic and Coastline Collection” are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser and when product is purchased from an authorized dealer. If a product manufactured by MFB Worldwide, Inc fails structurally due to a defect in materials or workmanship during normal use within the terms of our limited warranty, MFB Worldwide, Inc will repair or replace the item at no charge. Structural failure due to rust or rusting on the general frame is expressly excluded from this limited warranty. If a product or item is discontinued or not available, we reserve the right to substitute similar products of equal or lesser value than the original item. MFB Worldwide, Inc reserves the right, in all cases, to issue a monetary credit for the original purchase price of the product in lieu of replacement. Proof of Purchase (detailed receipt) or photography may be requested for finalization of claims on a case by case basis.
5 Year Extended Limited Warranty on Frames
All frames are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from original date of purchase. Metal corrosion of any sort is not covered under this limited warranty. Any damage to frames or welds due to improper assembly or exposure to water and sub-freezing temperatures is not covered.
10 Year Limited Warranty on Mattress
MFB Worldwide, Inc products warranty exists to insure that your mattress set is built to our high quality standards and protects against manufacturing defects. If a Majestic mattress or box spring is found to be defective per the terms of our warranty, we will stand behind our warranty 100%.
Comfort vs. Product Defect
Every individual has unique comfort needs. While one person may love the comfort of an ultra-plush pillow top mattress, another may prefer a very firm mattress. And, the person that loves the pillow top mattress probably wouldn’t like sleeping on the very firm mattress. If a mattress isn’t comfortable for you, it doesn’t mean that there is a problem with the quality of the product; rather, it means that this particular mattress model isn’t the right match for your comfort needs.
If a mattress is uncomfortable for you, this does not mean that there is a product defect present. It may be that the mattress is simply too soft or too firm for your body’s unique needs, and replacing your mattress model with the same model will not alleviate the problem. When you purchase a new mattress, it is important that you speak with your sleep specialist to understand your return and/or exchange options under the store’s policies. It is also important that you take your time when selecting a new mattress, to insure that you are picking the right comfort match for you. After all, you will sleep on your mattress for years to come.
